- Learn techniques to improve his/her basketball skills
- Receive special recognition awards after every game
- Develop new friendships
- Participate in a weekly devotion during practice and games

- Basketball T-shirt
- Basketball Jersey
- Upward Basketball
- End-of-Season award

- Children that K5-5th grade

When your child becomes an Upward Cheerleader, he/she will be able to:

When your child becomes an Upward Cheerleader, he/she will be able to:
- Practice and cheer for a game every week
- Learn techniques to improve his/her cheerleading skills (chants, motions, jumps, cheers, pom routines)
- Receive special recognition awards
- Develop new friendships
- Participate in a weekly devotion during practice and games
Along with this unique sports experience, your child will receive the following:
- Cheer Uniform
- Set of Poms
- Hair Bow
- End-of-Season award
Who can participate:
- Children that are K5-5th grade.
Coaching & Refereeing
Each year we are fortunate to have our parents and youth to step up to volunteer to coach and referee. You do not have to be an expert to coach basketball or cheer, but you do have to be willing to coach the Upward way. Coaches and referees must attend an orientation.
