Youth Ministry
Our goal of the Russellville Baptist Church Youth Ministry program is to encourage
students to grow in their faith in Christ through Bible study and fellowship with other believers.
We offer several opportunities for students to get involved in serving Christ here at Russellville.
On Sunday mornings, Sunday school classes are offered for both middle school and high school
students at 9:30 a.m.
Youth discipleship training and Acteens are on Sunday evenings from 5 to 6 p.m. Youth discipleship
classes focus on spiritual growth. Acteens is a class for girls in 6th-12th grade that focuses on
doing a variety of community mission and outreach projects and learning leadership skills.
Our meeting time gives girls a chance to build closer relationships with other girls while they
strengthen their relationship with Christ as well.
On Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., we have worship, Bible study, fellowship, and prayer
time. We do a variety of activities including small group discussions, team building, and
interactive games.
We also do numerous activities and ministries together outside of these regularly scheduled times
such as nursing home visits, lock-ins, rafting, swimming, bonfires, cookouts, paintball, and weekend
retreats.
We would love for your family to become a part of our ministry. We encourage you to come get
involved!
