About Us
Russellville Baptist relocated in 1997 from its original site on Warrensburg Road to its current site on Cedar Creek Road, and is currently finishing
construction on a Family Life Center that will give us additional classrooms, offices, and a full sized gymnasium/fellowship hall that will seat 600. From our humble beginnings in 1906 we have grown to a membership in excess of six
hundred.
We are a member of the Southern Baptist Convention, the Tennessee Baptist Convention, and the Nolachucky Association. While operating independently
as an autonomous local church we wholeheartedly support the mission efforts of the Conventions and Associations in our state and nation. Our mandate is to reach the world for
Christ by taking the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) seriously. Our goal is to live out Acts 1:8 locally, statewide, nationally, and internationally by going and by giving to the
Cooperative Program and its special offerings.
We want our ‘Faith To Be Seen’ in all we do.
